Ingredients

- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or corn syrup) until smooth.
- Fold in cornflakes gently until well coated.
- If using, stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Allow to cool and set for about 30 minutes.

Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for about a week. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
