Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or corn syrup) until smooth.
  2. Fold in cornflakes gently until well coated.
  3. If using, stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
