Description These No Bake S’mores Parfaits replicate the classic campfire treat in a quick and easy layered dessert, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve graham crackers
  • 2.03 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup whipped topping
  • Hershey’s chocolate bars, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Finely crush the graham crackers and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, until thickened. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. In clear serving glasses, spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers into the bottom of each and gently press down to form a compact base.
  4. Spoon a generous layer of the prepared chocolate pudding over the graham cracker crumbs, about 3–4 tablespoons per glass.
  5. Top the pudding layer with a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle with mini marshmallows.
  6. Repeat the layers once more: graham crackers, chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and mini marshmallows.
  7. Garnish with optional chocolate bar shavings.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or until well chilled and set. Serve cold.
