These No Bake S’mores Parfaits replicate the classic campfire treat in a quick and easy layered dessert, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 sleeve graham crackers
- 2.03 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup whipped topping
- Hershey’s chocolate bars, optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Finely crush the graham crackers and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, until thickened. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- In clear serving glasses, spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers into the bottom of each and gently press down to form a compact base.
- Spoon a generous layer of the prepared chocolate pudding over the graham cracker crumbs, about 3–4 tablespoons per glass.
- Top the pudding layer with a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle with mini marshmallows.
- Repeat the layers once more: graham crackers, chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and mini marshmallows.
- Garnish with optional chocolate bar shavings.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or until well chilled and set. Serve cold.
Notes
Store parfaits covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best served cold and garnished just before serving.
