A vibrant, refreshing Non Alcoholic Christmas Punch that combines an array of flavors for festive celebrations.
Ingredients

- 64 ounces sweetened cranberry juice
- 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
- 16 ounces orange juice
- 4 tablespoons lime zest
- 6 whole cinnamon sticks
- 6 whole star anise
- 5 sprigs thyme
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine the sweetened cranberry juice and orange juice.
- Add the lime zest, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and thyme to the mixture and stir gently.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale and stir gently.
- Add fresh cranberries and ice cubes for garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly squeezed juices for the best flavor. You can freeze the ungarnished punch mixture for up to 2 months.
