A vibrant and festive punch perfect for holiday gatherings, made with cranberry juice, ginger ale, and spices.
Ingredients

- 64 ounces sweetened cranberry juice
- 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
- 16 ounces orange juice
- 4 tablespoons lime zest
- 6 whole cinnamon sticks
- 6 whole star anise
- 5 sprigs thyme
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, combine the sweetened cranberry juice and orange juice.
- Add lime zest, whole cinnamon sticks, whole star anise, and thyme to the juice mixture. Stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Just before serving, gently pour the chilled ginger ale into the juice mixture. Stir to combine.
- Add fresh cranberries and ice cubes for garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Store any leftover punch in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Best not to freeze to maintain carbonation.
