Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle a few mint leaves with the simple syrup and fresh lime juice.
- Add spiced rum, gingerbread spices, and ice; shake well.
- Strain into a chilled glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a sprinkle of gingerbread spice.
