Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and cooked ground beef.
- In a cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is puffed.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Top with green onions and sour cream, if desired.
