Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Optional: crushed nuts or sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, orange zest, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Stir in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or your choice of coating.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
- Serve and enjoy!

For added flair, sprinkle extra orange zest on top before serving.
