Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (such as basil, oregano, and thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Olive oil spray (for baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat it in the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is crispy.
