- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (such as basil, oregano, and thyme)

- 1 egg, beaten
- Olive oil spray (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat it in the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
