Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Ground beef
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Garlic
- Onion
- Tomato sauce
- Béchamel sauce
- Olive oil

- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a separate pot, prepare the béchamel sauce.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, béchamel, and cheeses. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh basil or a sprinkle of extra Parmesan cheese. A side salad and garlic bread make great additions.
