Meatballs
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
Parmesan Cream Sauce
- 1¾ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated from the block)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt (adjust if using salted butter)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Mix meatball ingredients in a large bowl: ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley.
- Form meatballs with oiled hands or a scoop.
- Pan-sear meatballs on medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove meatballs, lower heat, and start the sauce: melt butter, add cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Return meatballs to the sauce, coat well, then transfer skillet to oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
These creamy turkey meatballs pair beautifully with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
