- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the batter over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For best results, choose ripe but firm peaches, and allow the cobbler to rest for 10-15 minutes after baking.
