Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
½ cup peanut butter (natural, creamy, or chunky)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions
Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
Fold in mini chocolate chips and/or chopped peanuts if using.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until solid.
Lift the bars out using parchment paper and cut into desired sizes.
