Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine peeled and sliced pears, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice.
- Roll out your pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Pour the pear mixture into the crust, evenly distributing the fruit.
- In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the pear filling.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the filling bubbles.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
