Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine peeled and sliced pears, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out your pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the pear mixture into the crust, evenly distributing the fruit.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the pear filling.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the filling bubbles.
