- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 40–50 slices of pepperoni (approximately 4 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: Red pepper flakes, for a spicy kick
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
- Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture. Toss to combine. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- If pepperoni slices are large, cut them in half.
- Place pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between each slice.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly over each pepperoni slice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown, and the pepperoni is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve immediately and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
