  • Author: Elsa
  • Total Time: 17 min
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Quick, easy, and perfectly roasted, this air fryer corn on the cob delivers a sweet, caramelized crunch without boiling water or using a grill. Customize with your favorite toppings for a crowd-pleasing side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan alternative like olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional toppings: Parmesan cheese, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F–400°F for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the corn: Remove the husks and silk from the corn, rinse under water, and pat dry with a towel.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, turning each ear halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot. Optionally top with cheese, chili powder, lime juice, or chopped cilantro.

Notes

To make this vegan, use olive oil or vegan butter. If your air fryer is small, cook in batches. Pairs well with BBQ dishes or tacos.
