  • Author: admin

  • Yield: 2 servings 1x
  • Diet: None

Description

Juicy and savory lamb chops seared to perfection, finished with a fragrant garlic-herb butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Lamb chops
  • 23 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 12 tablespoons of butter
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary and thyme, chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring lamb chops to room temperature for 20–30 minutes. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat and add butter, allowing it to foam.
  3. Add lamb chops and sear for 3–4 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip the chops, add minced garlic and chopped herbs, and baste with butter for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Check internal temperature for doneness (125–135°F for medium-rare to medium).
  6. Remove chops and let them rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Resting the chops is crucial to retain juices. Consider pairing with fresh herbs or a dollop of minted yogurt for extra flavor.
