- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until incorporated. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
