- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and bubbly; broil for 1–2 minutes if needed.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving, garnished with basil if desired.
Notes
For creamier texture, add ricotta or cream cheese. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
