Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  3. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
