Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) pork or chicken dumplings
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.

  5. Stir in spinach or bok choy and soy sauce, cook until greens are wilted (2 to 3 minutes).
