Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the bars cool, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Once the bars are cool, spread the cream cheese frosting on top.
Cut into squares and enjoy your holiday treat!
