Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the oil, pumpkin, eggs, and water.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
