- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For streusel, mix flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and butter until crumbly.
- For the cake, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat butter, half of the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix wet ingredients with dry until smooth batter forms.
- Pour batter into baking pan, sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes; cool on a wire rack.
- For icing, beat butter, vanilla, salt, and milk until creamy. Add powdered sugar and drizzle over cooled cake.
