- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream or garnish with whipped cream and spices for extra flair. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
