Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two or three cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugars, oil, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
