Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
