Description A fusion dessert that combines classic Italian tiramisu with the sweet, floral flavor of Filipino ube, creating a nostalgic and adventurous treat.

Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers
  • Ube-infused syrup or melted ube ice cream
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Sugar
  • Heavy cream
  • Ube powder or crushed ube polvoron

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ube-infused syrup or melt the ube ice cream.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the syrup/ice cream.
  3. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  4. Mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and whipped heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Dust with ube powder or crushed ube polvoron.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
