Ingredients

- 400g Magerquark (low-fat quark)
- 200g Zarte Haferflocken (rolled oats)
- 2 Eier (eggs)
- 2 tablespoons Honig (honey, optional)
- 1 Banane (banana, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Magerquark, zarte Haferflocken, and Eier until well combined.
- If you like it sweeter, add some Honig or mashed Banane to the mixture.
- Shape small coins from the mixture using your hands.
- Bake the coins in a preheated oven at 180°C (about 350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
- Let them cool down before enjoying your healthy snack!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Experiment with toppings like nuts or seeds for added crunch.
