Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g Magerquark (low-fat quark)
  • 200g Zarte Haferflocken (rolled oats)
  • 2 Eier (eggs)
  • 2 tablespoons Honig (honey, optional)
  • 1 Banane (banana, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Magerquark, zarte Haferflocken, and Eier until well combined.
  2. If you like it sweeter, add some Honig or mashed Banane to the mixture.
  3. Shape small coins from the mixture using your hands.
  4. Bake the coins in a preheated oven at 180°C (about 350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
  5. Let them cool down before enjoying your healthy snack!

Notes
