Description

Healthy and tasty quark coins made with oatmeal, perfect for any time of the day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Magerquark (low-fat quark)
  • 100g Zarte Haferflocken (rolled oats)
  • 2 Eier (eggs)
  • 2 tbsp Honig (honey, optional)
  • 1 Banane (banana, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Magerquark, zarte Haferflocken, and Eier until well combined.
  2. If you like it sweeter, add some Honig or mashed Banane to the mixture.
  3. Shape small coins from the mixture using your hands.
  4. Bake the coins in a preheated oven at 180°C (about 350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
  5. Let them cool down before enjoying your healthy snack!

Notes

Store any leftover quark coins in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
