Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken or ground beef, cooked
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional seasonings (garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc., as desired)
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your choice of protein (chicken or ground beef), cooked pasta, cooked rice, cheese, and any desired vegetables.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and any other preferred seasonings.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
