Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy blending. You can also sprinkle additional crushed peppermint candies on top before serving.
