Description
Bite-sized green bean casserole cups packed with garlicky cream, nutty Parmesan, and crunchy onions, perfect for holiday parties.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
- 1 tbsp parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Unfold the puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares, pressing each into a muffin cup.
- Parbake the pastry cups for 8-10 minutes until puffed and golden, then cool slightly.
- Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and cool.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted, and season.
- Add blanched green beans and half of the crispy fried onions to the cream sauce.
- Spoon the filling into the parbaked pastry cups and top with remaining fried onions and Parmesan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
These cups can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen for up to 1 month.
