  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until translucent.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the pan, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, garam masala, and the rest of the butter.
  5. Lower heat, fold in heavy cream, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
