Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
Optional: Sear chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
In the crockpot, mix together cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Add the chicken breasts into the crockpot, coating them well with the creamy sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce using two forks.
Stir in sour cream for added creaminess.
Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
