- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons raspberry puree for frosting
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, butter, and egg.
- Gradually knead the milk mixture into the flour mixture until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread raspberry jam mixed with lemon juice and lemon zest, then roll it up tightly.
- Cut into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- For the frosting, mix powdered sugar with raspberry puree and cream cheese until smooth.
- Drizzle frosting over the warm rolls before serving.

Ensure yeast is fresh for best results; can be refrigerated overnight after shaping rolls.
