Delicious mini sandwiches filled with savory roast beef, melted cheese, and buttery rolls, perfect for gatherings or cozy weeknight treats.
Ingredients
- Dinner rolls or slider buns
- Roast beef, thinly sliced
- Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Dijon mustard
- Optional: pickles or peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the dinner rolls in half, keeping them attached at the bottom.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer the roast beef and cheese evenly on the rolls.
- In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in garlic powder and onion powder. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the beef and cheese, then brush more butter on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm, optionally adding pickles or peppers.
Notes
For best results, serve warm and consider adding caramelized onions for extra flavor. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven for optimal texture.
