- 4 medium fresh peaches, ripe but slightly firm
- 2–3 tablespoons honey, more to taste
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (adjust per preference)
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- Place the peach halves on a baking sheet, cut-side up.
- Drizzle honey over the peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Roast in the oven for about 15–20 minutes, until caramelized and soft.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Notes
For best results, use ripe but not mushy peaches. Consider warming honey slightly before use for better flow.
