- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz pretzels
- 11 oz Kraft caramel
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate evenly on the baking sheet.
- Top the chocolate with the pretzels, gently pressing them down.
- Melt the caramels with the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl for about 2 minutes, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the caramel over the pretzels.
- Drizzle the leftover melted chocolate over the caramel and pretzels, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill in the fridge until set, or let set at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
For added texture, use crunchy pretzels, and feel free to adjust the sea salt to your taste. You can also drizzle melted white chocolate on top for decoration.
