Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed salted pretzels
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 30 to 45 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a shallow bowl, combine crushed pretzels and rolled oats.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over each firm cheesecake ball, coating thoroughly.
  6. Roll each ball in the pretzel-oat mixture.
  7. Chill for an additional 10 minutes, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
