Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed salted pretzels
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 30 to 45 minutes to firm up.
- In a shallow bowl, combine crushed pretzels and rolled oats.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over each firm cheesecake ball, coating thoroughly.
- Roll each ball in the pretzel-oat mixture.
- Chill for an additional 10 minutes, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator when ready to enjoy.
