Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg yolk (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Use snowflake cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
