- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in scallions and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper; mix well.
- Sprinkle corn starch to thicken the sauce; stir until combined and serve hot.
