  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a sheet pan, spreading them out.
  4. In a separate bowl, season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and any additional spices desired.
  5. Nestle the pork chops amid the potatoes on the sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F and the potatoes are crispy.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped herbs if desired. Serve hot.
