Description

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. In a pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, scrambled, etc.).
  4. While the eggs are cooking, spread ricotta cheese evenly on the toasted bread.
  5. Place the cooked eggs on top of the ricotta toast.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle fresh herbs if desired.
  7. Serve warm.
