Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Deglaze with chicken or vegetable broth and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and capers.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the parsley; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Keep warm until serving or reheat gently if prepared ahead of time.
