- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter and sauté the garlic in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Deglaze with chicken or vegetable broth and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and capers.
- Remove from heat and mix in the parsley; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Keep warm until serving or reheat gently if prepared ahead of time.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. You can also try different herbs or add heavy cream for a creamy version.
