Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, beer, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until mixed well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 120–180 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
