Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, beer, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Cover and cook on low for 120–180 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother texture. Can be made ahead and reheated with a little added beer or milk to restore creaminess.
