Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, coconut milk, curry powder, basil, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
