  • 1 to cups granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches: Peel, pit, and chop the peaches into small chunks. Blanching can help loosen the skins.
  2. Combine in slow cooker: Add peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the slow cooker. Stir to mix evenly.
  3. Cook on low: Set to LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours. Keep the lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape and the mixture to reduce.
