Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef

- Add diced onion to the skillet and cook until translucent.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked beef and onion with diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and water.
- Spread a layer of cabbage in the slow cooker, top with half of the beef mixture, then repeat layers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until cabbage is tender.
- Adjust seasoning, and for a thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last 30 minutes.
